INFORMATION THAT MUST BE PROVIDED BY THE CHILDREN:

We collect the basic information from the children, so that, during our onboard call with the parent, we can talk with the child with the parent’s permission to obtain information on the level of knowledge and skills of the child in order to determine the suitability of the child for a given level of training.

In response to the child’s requests for technical or customer support, we may obtain information to identify the child as an enrolled student (such as first and last name), as well as technical details about the computing device that the child uses while communicating with CYBEORG. These can include the type of device and operating system, and the IP address of the computer. This knowledge is used for technical support purposes and the administration purposes.

When the child logs on to an online lesson, he or she is asked to provide an email address. The email address is used only for the purpose of internal operation and administration of the Service. The child receives the instructor’s email address and telephone number. When the child communicates with the teacher of the course, he or she will share personal details about him or herself, at their preference. The knowledge will be used strictly for training and administration purposes only. As a parent, you might want to review or remove personal details about the child. You can also refuse to enable further collection of information about the child, in which case we will exclude your child from the course and block him or her from participating in the course.
